What is the difference between committees?There are two tiers of difficulty for our committees: novice and advanced. Novice and conventional committees are designed for first-time delegates, however they may also suit to those with two or three MUNs of experience. Advanced committees, such as ICC, on the other hand allow delegates with experience to further expand on their skills and dive into the most complex issues of the conference.

Do i need prior experience to participate?Individuals of any level of experience in MUNs are welcome to participate. Whether you are looking to gain first-time or further experience in public speaking events, this MUN is for you. If you are a first timer don't worry! Our Hand in Hand MUN will hold a "MUN 101" for both first-timers and experienced delegates. Tip: If lost as a first-timer there are plenty of sites that will help you get a clearer perspective of what to do and what will happen! Eg. How do i prepare for an MUN?Delegates will receive a background guide and a rules of procedure booklet in the weeks before the conference. However, delegates are recommended to research and study the topics for themselves.

What platform will Hand in Hand MUN use?All of our committees will make use of Zoom to host meetings.
